Form must be read and agreed to prior to deposit being made, and signed upon pickup of rabbit.
Failure to agree and sign form will forfeit your adoption.

1. Purpose of Agreement
This Sales Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the purchase of a rabbit (“bunny”) from Holland Hoppers. By purchasing, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed below.
2. Age Requirements
All rabbits must be at least 8 weeks old before leaving the Breeder.
If the transport company requires a different minimum age, the rabbit must meet the transport’s required age before release.
No exceptions are made for early pickup or transport.
3. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of $___50___ is required to reserve a rabbit.
Rabbits must be paid in full before pickup or before being placed on transport.
Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or cash.
All payments are final. No refunds are issued for buyer cancellations, changes of mind, or failure to pick up.
4. Buyer’s Responsibility for Transport
It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to arrange transport for their rabbit and pay all transport fees directly to the transporter.
Transport fees are separate from the cost of the bunny and are not included in the purchase price.
Holland Hoppers is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by the transport company.
The Breeder will coordinate drop-off to the transporter within reasonable scheduling availability.
5. Health Guarantee
All rabbits leave the Breeder in good health to the best of the Breeder’s knowledge at the time of sale.
The Buyer has 24 hours after pickup or transport delivery to contact the Breeder with any health concerns supported by a licensed veterinarian.
This guarantee does not cover:
Injury after pickup
Illness caused by stress, improper housing, or incorrect diet
Parasites
Heat stroke
Respiratory infections caused by environmental factors
No refunds or replacements are given for accidental injury, neglect, or improper care.
6. Gender Disclaimer
The Breeder does their best to sex rabbits accurately; however, gender is not guaranteed.
Rabbits are sexed at approximately 2 weeks of age, and gender is provided in good faith.
The Buyer understands that mistakes can occur and accepts this risk.
7. Temperament & Compatibility
Rabbits are handled daily and socialized with children and household pets when possible.
The Breeder cannot guarantee temperament or compatibility with other pets.
The Buyer is responsible for supervising all interactions between rabbits, children, and other animals.
8. Care & Housing Requirements
The Buyer agrees to provide proper care, including:
Clean, safe, and appropriate housing
Unlimited access to hay
A balanced diet suitable for rabbits
Fresh water daily
Regular grooming appropriate for the breed
Adequate exercise and enrichment Veterinary care when needed
Holland Hoppers is not liable for illness or death caused by improper husbandry.
9. Liability Waiver
The Breeder is not responsible for injuries such as scratches or bites, which can occur if a rabbit is mishandled or startled.
The Buyer assumes all responsibility for safely handling their rabbit and ensuring children use proper handling techniques.
10. Hold Policy / Pickup Deadlines
After the rabbit reaches 8 weeks of age, the Buyer has 7 days to pick up or arrange transport.
After 7 days, a boarding fee of $__20___ per day may apply.
Rabbits not picked up after _14__ days may be relisted, and all payments will be forfeited.
11. Return / Rehoming Policy
No refunds are offered once the rabbit leaves the Breeder.
If the Buyer can no longer keep the rabbit, the Breeder will assist with rehoming, but no refund is provided.
The Buyer agrees not to surrender the rabbit to a shelter or rescue without contacting Holland Hoppers first.
12. Breeder Rights
Holland Hoppers reserves the right to:
Refuse a sale to any buyer who seems unprepared or unsuitable.
Cancel a sale at any time before pickup; if the Breeder cancels, the Buyer will receive a full refund.
Use photos of the rabbit for promotional or educational purposes.
